Well, after work I went to some store with a collegue and her husband as he is decking some of our garden. He was getting a few really heavy planks of wood down, after he took the last 2 he turned around and had accidently knocked one over and it was heading towards his head. I simply reached out and caught it in my right hand, it seemed to go in slow motion. Thank fuck I was watching otherwise it'd have knocked him out, but needless to say they looked at me like I was superman

Why should they? Haha, it was just one of those things you do because you don't want people getting brain damaged. I'm just making the observation that things seem to go in slow motion when something is heading to injure someone.

Saved my bros life once.
I pointed a gun to his head pulled back the hammer then put it back and didn't fire.
