our name 'no murder' is also a name of a song by ill nino, does any one know if we could be sued by them? beaucse lots of people have told me that we can, so can anyone please tell me?

I very much doubt it, I think that would only apply if you also released a song called no murder.

lol you people ask this shit like you're going to be talked about on CNN and shit. everyone today sues over anything possible, so if you have to ask "will I be sued" then yes you will be sued.

No Murder is likely to not be copyrighted, if it is a song. However specific things to the song, I.e. Lyrics, are likely to be copyrighted.

But no, just say that you are promoting 'No Murder'.
