I need html help!

Hey,

Is there a way to have a 'Video' section on your site kinda like eBay's system.

Like, ordering them from Highest Rated First or Longest Duration First or Oldest Last?
Obviously, all free to watch. And maybe a pic or description.

P.S. Also, the rating system would be handy on it's own.
