Last week I stayed up 37 straight hours, I felt great after the 20 hour mark, but the 2 or 3 days after were horrible, especially in the mornings. Don't think I'll be doing that again anytime soon.

For people that have gone that long, what are the psychological effects of going that long? I've heard some things, but I'd like to hear it from someone who's actually gone through it.

It makes you very weak if you're not used to long periods without sleep.

Mood swings, writer's block etc

I get terrible sleep sickness if I don't get enough sleep and am up 10 to 13 hours the next day. I got 10 hours of sleep last night and been up since 7am, I feel kinda drained, had a headache but took something for it. I say if you keep yourself busy and not think about being tired, you'll make it.

the more I do, the less tired I get.
I become tired from sitting behind the fucking pc.

Yates, I'll find it in a bit.

It was horrible though, I just talked crap the whole day when I did that, and pissed off a few people. I couldn't concentrate on fuck all.

Not doing it again.

dude gman, you need to sleep. The most I managed was like 28 hours or something, and that was insanely tiring. Especially if you don't get much sleep and run quite a stressful life. sleeeeep.

It was unintentional

I checked the clock and it was like 5, so there was no poiint in sleeping or I wouldn't have woken up for work, I'm still paying for it though. I was up for like 24 hours in the end and it fucking sucked. Being tired makes me have mood swings unfortunately, lol.
