Can anyone help me. I am currently using Pinnacle to capture my videos and it keeps dropping frames like mad. Although I do have Adobe Premiere Pro I cannot seem to just capture my video using Adobe. It registers that my camera is connected but tells me to try and "restart" it or some crap. I think I need some help gaiz.

How manys it dropping, alot then??
Try not to run any other programmes apart from Studio, dont minimize?? Stuff like that, Ive been told if your using swapping between progs. all the time it might drop frames.

If you're downloading, you would be using hard drive resources which would interfere with the capturing. If you've got cpu heavy programs open this would too.

Yeah, I close everything that I am not using and it still drops frames. It does it randomly too, sometimes it doesnt drop frames and sometimes it doesnt. But I want to find out why I cant capture with Adobe without going through Adobe's bullshit help directory that is huge.
