Scalping in Domestic Dispute with Axe and Knife.

This woman was involved in a domestic dispute and attacked by her husband with a small axe and knife causing severe scalping type injury. She died due to stab injury to major organs in chest area. According to neighbours the cause of fight was financial problems. The husband fled afterwards and according to police he has probably left the city. The couple had moved to Karachi from northern areas of Pakistan a few years ago.
