Photoshop help

I can't seem to find a tutorial on how to keep some colours in the picture but other black and white. I looked on good-tutorials but I can't find anything, anyone be able to help?

Select what you want black and white and desaturate it.
Or if you want to keep certain colours - use the selective colour option.
