good hosting deals?

well IK bought a domain and hosting package last week and they never made it active and now it is and it's all fucked up. they won't reply to our emails and shit. so we got a refund and I wanna kno what's a good realiable host. one with good space and bandwidth. we're not gonna pay over 15 bucks a month. so anything good in that range will be great.

How did you get a refund?

e-mailed them and asked for one?

we did.. we said they had bullshit tech support. bullshit relability.. and bullshit services. and wallah.. instant refund.
