I got this laptop that my buddy bought for 250, but hes seeling it to me for 300. Its "hot" so im getting my other buddy to do what ever he did to dougs laptop cuz his was "hot" too. So the police wont find it

It will always be "hot", each piece will have serials numbers and shit on anyway. And newer laptops have tracking devices built in.
Its nice though.

yeah im scratching the numbers off and shit, but its a satelite one so im kinda scard, but to you actualy like I can get caught?

You wont get rid of all the numbers, some are encoded into the actual parts. And as for them tracking you, I dont think they will take time to find you.

And if they do find me, couldnt I say I got it off some shop in like toronto or someone in toronto or something for like 400, would there be anything they could do?
the laptop doug has was "hot" and my other buddy had took it for a ay and hooked it up to the internet and the cops called him house before he did anything, and then he did something and it was find to hook up dougs always on the net with it, and he only paid 20$ for it!!!!!1 and its a pretty nice HP.

I didnt steal it..... its not TECHNICLY stolen. It was for clateral, and the ppl that gacve it for clateral didnt pay up apperently.
