I am indeed, just had a big row with Phones 4 u. They fucked up my new contract meaning I've been paying a load more money for internet on my phone despite them saying I wouldn't have to.
Firstly they said there was nothing they could do
They then said I'd be able to get it for a tenner extra a month
After being told where to go they then offered a fiver extra a month but an extra six months on the contract.
By this point I'd had enough kicked up a huge fuss and they finally they pussied out offered me a cheque to cover for what I'd been overcharged and offered to pay for the internet add on for the duration of the contract.
