He has good feedback, but most of that is from him buying stuff, not selling.
He wants you to contact him directly, outside of ebay. If you purchase this camera outside of ebay, not only will you not be insured, but if he rips you off there is nothing you can do about it. Dont do it.
edit- he wont except paypal, definitley dont do it. Money orders and cashiers checks are a sure way to get ripped off.

Yeah, it did seem a bit fishy, but if I could really get that cam at that price...damn.
