I had an Idea, seem as we have a had a little controversy on USA Vs UK I think we should have a homegrown war, where a number of British Homegrowns Vs a number of Yankee Homegrowns. So what do you think? This could end up official.

It's like a hunt of some sort between countries. Certain groups represent certain places.

Oh yer all fun and keep us occupied over the winter/summer wherever you are. I need more views though so keep this alive, submit your views and ideas and we'll see what happens.

as a hunt it sounds like a good idea. but don't let it turn into a "who's better" type thing. that gets annoying.

That's to everyone I presume? It's all fun competition folks, if any signs of arguements break out, I would not be happy and would be with you to close it. To forget this idea and for it to never happen would also be guting because this could be the HGF DVD....possibly, it's our idea. So let it roll and no prejudice or racist comments or mods feel free to close and forget.

Honestley I think homegrown was better before all these "hunts" and stuff started breaking out. When all the groups did homegrown for fun and just hung out with there friends. But if you have fun doing these things, thats cool to. Whatever.

How about some of the American Groups make fun of the UK groups and vice versa.


Or all groups release videos like normal and then everyone will decide which groups are better based on that.... Repping your country of course.

yeah I like the idea of this and I agree if it gets outta hand then it shud b called off but if it go's ahead count us in!

I don't think many people would be up for this now. We are NOT in due to upcoming exams. Maybe we should postpone this to summer ?

I agree, I have finals this week and then starting new classes soon. So I think a postpone would be good, giving groups a chance to work on their own shit for a while, rather than constant competition. But lets not keep it too far away though. I didn't really look through the whole other thread but why was it closed? I thought I had a good idea.

yeah your goddam right. With some groups joined the face off and hardcore contest, jsut basic filming this would put some amoutn on pressure on filming, I thought homegrown filming was supposed to be fun and not like a fucking kkob

"YOU MUST BY THIS DATE" Too many of them and am shure it will put some people off it, and thats what we dont whant we want more, we want our community to grow.

I think if you do a repeat, it should be something along the lines of...

Task 43 - Light tubes part duex

Description - You and your entire team must duct tape 15 construction barrels to make a circle, then basejump off a building in the center of the nearest large city and smash through 1500 light tubes sitting at ground level....................on top of a hot dog stand.

And who would want to attempt that? Certainly not me, unless that was my exit from this life, then maybe I would think about it. It's kinda like one of my friends said once "The Bee"
