Ok will try next time, i have no idea what that involves. I use Adobe Premier and export it as an AVI then convert is to an ASF with 'All Video Convertor' to make the file size a lot smaller. Is it the convertor creating all the fucked lines or is it when i export it from Adobe? Do I have to change some settings?

my money is on the converter mOnO coz it squishes the picture down to size and takes away the sharpness..
