Deleted Files

Is there a programme I can download which can clear all my deleted files, which I've deleted from my recycle bin?

I remember somebody posting loads of links to other programmes aswell, similar to the one im talking about, but I cant find it.
Anyone know what Im talking about?

I need any programmes which can help my overall computer maintenance, if possible, thanks.

Im not sure what it did, but it seems to of done the job, yep its mainly for porn But I needed to get aload of other stuff cleared.

I used that power scan once before, it was a trial I think, it scanned and found seriously millions of files I've deleted in the past, I couldnt believe it. I thought it was going to wipe my hard drive or something, since it found so many. Thanks anyway guys.
