my cams fucked up

hey guys,

I have a sony trv350 and a few weeks ago I went to turn it on and it wouldnt, so I figured hmm the battery is dead. shortly after that, it rained for a week straight so it just sat on my pc table untouched. then I go to use it after that and it still doesnt work...yet it works when its plugged into the charger so I figure "maybe my battery is just fucked" so I went and bought a new one...still doesnt work. the "batt info" button where it says how much life is left doesnt even come up anymore. is it just not reading any battery? I have no ideaa. but it works on the charger...kinda shitty.

any info or help would be usefull thanks guys

plug and unplug it?

otherwise, just send it back to sony and pay a shitload

lol maybe you should clean the parts on your camera that touch your battery when it's in there.
