I've done everything I can think of.

Norton Antivirus picks it up but can't repair it.
Spybot and Microsoft antivirus aren't picking it up.
The Trojan.vundo removal thing isn't finding it.
I tried a system restore. Still there.

I can't get rid of it.

What I know about it:
Named "Trojan.vundo"
It's in C:/Windows/Web/Printers/bakdisk.dll
I can't move, rename, or anything to it
Norton antivirus gives me two messages from it. 1st "Unable to repair file", second "Access to file was denied"

Please say theres someone computer smart here

First thing you do is get rid of NORTON. Norton is shit.

Next you go get NOD32 www.nod32.com install the full version and MSN me on MSN.

Then go get a good firewall www.zonelabs.com is ok.

then se the spyware remover in that or download this

http://spybot.safer-networking.de/en/index.html Best spyware prog around! and its free.

Do a scan with spyware and anti-virus. It should pick it up and repair it. If it done MSN me and ill show you what to do.
