we have got our own web site now but the only trouble is we dont no how to do it upload it
does eny one no how to 2 do it?????????

Its pretty simple, FTP stands for "File Transfer Protocol"

For a basic quick connection to your website do the following:

a) navigate your way to "My Network Places"

b) Click "Add network place"

c) the location of the network place will be "ftp://yourdomain.com" obviously without the quotation marks.,

d) De-select "Login anonymously" and instead type your username supplied by your webspace host in the blank box, then click "next"

e) Enter a name for the network place so that you can easily identify it later, and click finish.

f) open up the network place, it should ask you for your username and password, type them in exactly as your webhost gave you.

g) when connected you will be able to copy files from your pc and paste them directly inside the ftp window, be patient as ftp is slow to copy, if the website does not work when you have copied, verify you have placed the documents inside "Public_Html"
