Change

I think this forum needs a lot of change, I'll be adding lots of new features. Like this skin? Ok it needs a logo, but I plan on making this forum a lot better.

Also another request. Although this is a homegrown forumm, not every topic needs to be about homegrown, so if some of you could use your initiiative to make some interesting, funny or whatever topics I'd be gratefull.

The arcade will soon be added again, with shitloads of games, I'm sure some of the changes will be good, and i am going to continue work tonight.

yeah i like it, bright.. but good (somehow I always like dark skins since they are soft for the eyes but still its nice)

The font at the top is wicked.

I like it but its very bright and kinda hurts my eyes but apart from that it looks very cool and makes a change from dark fourms and black web pages... but realy what ever i say dosnt matter coz iv only been on this fourm a few days .. yea.. make a grunge skin. or find one and alter it. that's what i usually did.

i have no way of testing it out.. unless i have admin access.. i went to upload this on my server but the dude that i share it with did not give me mySQL access. plus I need to use a previous skin as a reference. but i doubt gazaa would give me admin access for like 2 days so i can get it done. or trust me enough to not fuck this up. yea i didn't really read it well.. i don't plan on using the board i install on my host.. but first i'm going to set it up and test the skin there. because i'm still a little buggy when it comes to skins. i don't wanna let you down.. but if all goes well then i'll let you kno and we can get an ok and install the bitch. Edit-- GAY.. it needs to connect to the SQL server.. could it be possible, Kuffi if you read this, to make a complete copy of the forum folder and i'll work with the skin on it. be alot safer.

You can't make a copy of the forum folder, for a start, even if we did it'd take many hours and timeout halfway through it. When we have forum trouble, the only feasable way of restoring it, is copying the image folder, getting the right skinset, backing up the mysql database, deleting all of the forums files, reinstalling the entire thing, rewriting the old sql tables over the new ones, readding the pictures to the upload directory, reinstalling the skinsets etc. Check all database values are correct if you are trying to install a forum, otherwise it should work.

Remember, the posts and members etc are not stored on the forum files, they are accessed remotely, from the database you created or your webhost provided you with.

try this out.. it's nothing great.. but i'm sure everyone else will appreciate it. i'll make a better one once i have a forum to work off of, i was afraid to fuck on this forum.

i did this one assuming what would look best. hope it turns out as good as it did in my mind.
