Video Quality

Hi.. Im from delayed reaction and im starting to get pissed off with the video quality on our site. we film some of our quick clips with a crappy digital cam.. but the rest of the fottage is filmed with my cannon 600 mvi.. no idea what that means but it cost about £650 and thats cheeper that what it is because it was a display cam..
Now on to my question ..
How do you think we should go about uploading our fottage in its kick ass quality without killing our web space..
I edit all my videos with adobe premire 6.1.. but i dont like to add alot of affects due to the fact that this will also kill the picture when we turn it into a .wmv if anyone can help me solve this problem id like to no .. tell you the truth id like to upload vids with the same Quality as SPDST.. but thats not gonna happen..

Sorry for putting this in the cpu fourm... My bad .. well it kinda comes up cpus...

save it in a bitrate of around 400kb/s. Make sure the size is half of the original clip size, otherwise it might get cropped and shit and it will look like ur cam sucks..

oh and don't use 30fps or something.. just 25 is fine.. saves a little space
