i've made a bunch of animated gifs for so cal pranks, but they're huge and i have no clue how to scale them down. can someone help me out here?

I was bored so I tried to resize the gifs and make the file size the smallest I could.
Someone could possibly do better though, but meh.
I couldn't do the middle one, it seemed to just save as a .bmp?

just download photoshop. it comes with imageready and that's the best program to make animated gif's/fix them.

i downloaded it like two years ago. have it burned on a cd. i still use photoshop 7.0. i refuse to update to CS
