me and matt need help

well as some people no im getting a website up and as matt is using a php it needs to have a hoster that has alredy not used php so it wont be much beacuse there wont be any picutres. just a black website but it wont need to be updated beaucse matt is using a php website for me to use it on as I dont have front page. I will realy appresiate it if anyone does please Image file not present in the recovered backup

Basically, Nicco would like to use a news script called Cutenews. A few people here use this script. Basically, I am no coder, and the script needs to be hosted with someone not using Cutenews already. As I use it I cant host.
