I need a DVD burning programme which can burn MPEG4 formats to a DVD, preferably something which can create chapters, that's all I need,
Ive tryed several Programmes, and I have the latest version of Nero (I think) but it's in a foreign language, so anyone that uses Nero...Does it support Mpeg4 file formats?
