Fantastic Four

So I was playing this and found it strange there's no where to change your controls or even see what keys do what so I figured most of it out by myself but I cant find the standard PC key to "block/defend" anyone know this?

I just played that at best buy yesterday but it was on game cube, it is an okay game but nothing great
