I know you have the 'Features => Reviews', but i think it would be a good idea to have a special 'pc and video game review', and 'movie review' section.
You would only need to make sections of the most popular consoles: xbox, ps2, gamecube, dreamcast... etc, and then people could make a topic, (in one of the console sections) entitled the name of the game they are reviewing. Other people will read the review and write a review on that game. Bumping should be encouraged and keep all reviews of the same game in one topic, for clarity.
If this proves popular, you can add a 'game tips and advice', section for gamers in need of help from other gamers.
The movie review will be even easier, as you just make a 'movie review' section, and people make topics entitiled the name of the movie they are reviewing. Again bumping is encouraged to keep all the reviews of the same films together.
