how do I get screen shots

I want to get a screen shot from some of my clips for a banner but this pc is editing softwareless.....is there anyway of getting one without the software? if not can someone get a few screenshots for me?

no printscreen wont work for WMV and Quicktime
there is special programs to do it google umm wmv screenshot because I forgot the program name

Download Virtualdub, it's free and just sheer brilliance. You can copy a frame from any video to your clipboard, then just patse into an imaging program for saving...

now to the second problem...I dont have the raw avi. of the vids...just in wmv and it wont let me tun wmv through...it says copyright shit....what the hell can I do now?

I have this power DVD player, it captures frames from movies, all formats, pretty good.

ok I didnt figure it out at all....will someone please get me a screenshot of myself hitting a handrail or doing a stunt? I will pay in sexual favors...or your name on the banner....

dont have it...wmm wasnt on my priority list for programs now I wish I had it.....yates...how much do you love a nigga?...I need like 3 screenshots and if you could pull that off for me I would owe you big.....come on you know you want to

u can take screen shots from windows media player by turning the performance from full to medium in the settings and then hitting print screen.
