Were here in Bristol right now and we have some video to edit but we dont have premiere with us..so we have to use Sony Vegas 6.0 but we are unsure how to cut video .
Can anyone help us out??

Download the premiere trial!
or, theres a thing in the bottom left hand corner to cut clips. Select the part of the clip you want and drag it onto the timeline.
