It's Michael Moody from Niolan Entertainment. I wanted to post a message here for the community to read and to get details on what we're offering if you submit footage to Niolan Entertainment.

For starters, Niolan Entertainment has released several DVDs in stores such as Best Buy, Sam Goody, Tower Records, FYE, Amazon.com and many other stores nationwide and we now want to focus on producing and releasing homegrown Jackass style DVDs. Niolan Entertainment has also signed onto to produce and air a weekly 30 minute television show that will be shown in approximately 10 countries outside of the USA.

Now here is what Niolan Entertainment is offering to you:

If you have enough quality footage of your own group and we would need enough to produce at least a strong 60-75 minute action packed DVD, Niolan Entertainment will arrange a percentage based deal. We can only offer % based agreements to crews that have enough quality entertaining footage to produce a DVD using only their crew's footage. The % agreement applies to the DVD distribution and not to have your footage used in the TV show. Just get me out the footage and we'll handle all of the editing, graphics, package art, etc.

If you have footage but not enough to develope a solo DVD of your crew alone, here is what Niolan Entertainment will do for you. For starters, your website would be plugged and promoted, we will send you out complimentary TV shirts once they are created and printed, complimentary DVDs which your footage is used on and if the DVDs and the TV show are succesful and bring in a revenue stream, we would be compensating the groups that submitted footage. If you send me out your footage now I will also send you out a complimnetary DVD of your choice that Niolan Entertainment has already released in stores. When you send me your footage with the release form, just inform me which DVD you want and I will ship it out to you as a way of saying "Thank You" and to show you that we're serious about producing and releasing homegrown Jackass style productions.

If you're interested in submitting footage and being involved, please e-mail me at [email address redacted] and if you have questions I will reply to your email or if you list your phone number I will give you a call if you prefer discussing this over the phone. So email me at [email address redacted] and if you're interested in being involved we will take this to the next step. Thank you for your time.

If you send footage you can choose from Alien Abduction 2004, Backyard Criminals, Masters of the Ring (pro wrestling), Shooting Range (a must see for all wrestling fans), The Greatest Secret (ufo documentary) and soon I'd have a few more DVDs that I could offer you.

RandomActsofStupiidity, if your DVD is really good we could possibly release your DVD solo. Just don't use fagbag music in your DVD.

We have a good collection of gay music that we own the rights to that we don't have to pay a licsensing fee for. Some music costs a lot of money to use.

You can send me out your completed DVDs or send me out your footage. It's up to you. E-mail me at [email address redacted] if you want to be involved or if you have questions. Oh yeah, also check me out on AIM cause I rule hxc.

Well, I like editing it myself better, and I've talked to several bands that said we could use their music free, I'm in the process of trying to get a more mainstream european symphonic metal band to let us use their music, hopefully that will work out, but, like when we finish editing and burn a dvd, do you think we could like send it to you and you mass produce it and sell it for us and cut us in on the profits or something like that?

For starters, you can send footage whenever you want. We will be needing a lot of footage year round for the TV show but I suggest sending all of your footage within the next couple of week and definitely have it sent to by the end of September but the sooner the better.

If you have groups letting you use their music, no matter how big the groups are or how small they are, make sure you have them sign a music release form. They can either write you a personal letter giving you permission or you can write up a music release form. If you email me and let me know that you need the music release form, I will email you a form that you can use. If groups don't sign a release for you and you do want to release your DVD, don't use their music no matter what. We can cut you in on the % but it needs to be a good DVD that we are confident in. Read the above message and you will see that I said we are offering groups with productions completed a %.

When a crew has a production completed or a DVD, I will need the production submitted on mini dv or dv cam or at the very least quality 8mm. Send the production on DVD to me as well but I will need a master copy on another format or I at least suggest you send it to me on DVD and mini dv. Whatever is possible but the more media formats you submit it on, the better for the production and easier for us.

I did have a list but I don't have it anymore. All of the music is from indy bands and the music is really good. You guys will love the music for sure, I promise that now.

Using music from a mainstream signed band can cost a lot of money and when you're making a DVD, it's not worth it at all.

But really, unless a group signs a music release form for you, don't touhc there music.

Hey, moody. I already sent in a bunch of footage to you, but now I hear you offering all these perks for other people. Does this go for me too, since I've already sent stuff in?

Everybody can be apart of this. I really want everybody involved. I would like to have an organized TV show featuring ALL the groups but I've realized that isn't easy due to their being skeptics in the home grown community.

And yes, if you sent me footage already, just email me at [email address redacted] with your mailing address and let me know what DVD you want. I will send it to you. Everything else applies for you as well, just make sure you keep in touch with me for the t-shirts, complimentary DVDs, etc.
