Just over 8 years from now, December 21st 2012 is when the mayan calendar cuts off, supposedly predicting an end to all society as we know it, possibly the end of our species, possibly the obliveration of the universe, who knows. But what are your thoughts on the matter, I just wanted to get some insight from you guys, on just what you think will happen, if anything more than just a normal day?

My friend just saw a special the other night about a code or something in the bible that predicted the end of the world in 2012. I've heard 2012 mentioned in several other things about the end of the world, but I think I've also heard later dates as well. Interesting stuff...

According to the bible.......you'll be destroyed with everyone else if something catostrpohic happens, just becuase you don't believe in it (as I don't really either) it doesn't mean it's not going to happen

lol, yeah, it'll be funny cuz if nothing happens, crime will probably skyrocket near the date, cuz some will think that the worlds gonna end anyway, and why should they care. Church attendence will probably go up too around that time, people hoping for some last minute savior....or something
