how to you turn a video into a animation / gif??????

if you open the file in imageready, when you save the file im sure you can save as a GIF.

Get Premiere.
Put your clip on the timeline then export as GIF.

if you export to gif doesnt it just make a shit load of .gifs ?

I use animation shop pro which comes with paint shop pro
