my POS DSL only picks up 65kb a sec. i had cable and i use to download at 256kb a sec... rawr i need to switch back.

Cable costs as much as dsl here...I should probably just switch over, but it costs 60 bucks to quit using their service, I say it's bullshit that they charge you to stop using it....

dsl is the collective term, otherwise known as (x)dsl

The A in adsl stands for assymetrical, this meaning that download is faster than upload or vice-versa. almost every domestic connection has faster upload when using adsl.

Download speed on this shit is around 1/10th of your connections speed. Servers are rarely faster than 400kbs so 450 is pretty awesome.
