Hi well I was looking at this tutorial

And it said I needed to convert my video file into a "Film strip"

just save it as a filmstrip...

File>Export> Movie. Then go into settings and change the file type to filmstrip.

Export, Movie. Then choose settings > video rendering (I think) and then in the dropdown menu you should be able to select filmstrip.
