Its a scam. Wire Transfers charge 5-8% of whatever your transfering...if someone insist on it..then something is up.
Plus he isnt a registered use. And has the worst feedback Ive ever seen. People gave him positive feedback because they want positive feedback in return...but look at all them question marks. I would say hes pullin some scam where the buyer doesnt get ripped off, but just fucked with. He probally never ships it, and the buyer probally never pays for it. Not sure how he gains from it...but there is no way anyone is selling a new pd170 for under $2000
