Niolan entertainment

Ok dudes,

as most of you know Niolan entertainment are the people that run the jackass top 100 list.

Niolan entertainment are putting together A DvD, all those who wish to participate need to send their RAW footage in within 1 and a half weeks! Once niolan has processed your footage (must be sent to them on DV tape with no music and prefferably no team mark) you still have full rights to use it. This Dvd they are producing will be sold across a few stores in the USA and aired accross tv stations covering 10 countries. There is no risk to you and this is a good way of publisicing your Team. Please submit your footage.

Its mainly the fear that he will stall as he did with the backyard wrestling dvd, and by the time it comes out, i wont be doing homegrown stuff anymore

Id also really like to see a clause in there around the lines of "If the footage is not used in a nationwide dvd release within a year and a half, then i retain full rights to my footage and niolan has none and may not use my footage"
Just something to ensure that if it falls through with them, i can go elsewhere
Id hate all the no mercy footage to be in production limbo because they couldnt get it all together, and then they just give up, but still own the rights...its happened before...

We arent anywhere near done gathering footage for a dvd.

I don't really see a big problem with it. I mean I still own rights to my footage and no one else is coming around asking to make a dvd of our footage. I'll send in some footage, but not all of our greatest stuff. I don't really see a huge problem with it.
