I have to images and I want to make one transparent so u can see the other one under it how do I do this?

edit one image in photoshop and make it transparent. then go into a new photoshop window, open the other pic, and then copy/paste the other image onto it. move the visible one behind the other photo and then save it

you see the layer window right? right at the top of that little window is a slider that says opacity. I'm assuming you have both pictures in one document right? you select the one you want transparent, change the opacity of it. and you're done.

-layer 1= picture 1
-layer 2= picture 2
change the opacity of the layer thats on top (lets say layer 2 in this case) and voila.. done.

find the picture>duplicate layer>magic wand tool the background>go to layers panel, uncheck the eye on top layer..DONE

when you do the transparent thingy
