yeah... it's has shitty colours. There's really nothing wrong with your current site other then the repetative sounds of that nav.. and the font on the nav.
Other then that.. you're site's not that bad.

only problem is on your current one the flash thing reloads everytime ... use iframes 
also the sign on the splash page is choppy around the edges

ok so should we make the flash nav just stay open or allow it to move but remove the sound? and should we change tha font on it ie. make it bigger?

Make the flash header stronger, and the fonts clearer and larger and you're sorted

OK..so were gonna keep the old site, seein as I am the webmaster, I need to know what I must change on the old site, I was thinking I would make the layout,but make in HTML in stead of flash, that way there woudl be no aanoying sounds and peopel with Dialup can view it.

I think only annoying things are the sounds and the nav cos it opens
for every page. So if you gonna make it in HTML then it will be better
