dvd programing

okay, how do I make menus you click on for a dvd, and how do I do the same with special features, it may seem like a dumb question for some of you but I really need to know cause I can't figure it out at all and I really would like the dvd to look professionaly done

I have arcsoft showbiz dvd 2 u can dl a 15 day trial at www.download.com and u can make a menu and have bonus features and chapter selection and all that shit
