Tramp was asleep at a bus stop, two teenagers put a cardboard box on his head and set it alight to film, he caught fire and they filmed it laughing and joking while the guy got seriously burnt. In the news and jackass blamed, why this epidemic?

We had a tramp set on fire here and killed about 3 years ago by a couple of 15 year olds. I think they got 3 years for manslaughter. Disgusting.

there was a program on this on itv last night, people film eachother doing shit like punching and beating up random people on their phones and send it around, its called 'happy slapping' and the guy has got a really badly burnt chest now and the 2 kids have been locked up for 6 years or so.
