um im really annoyed and confused at the moment...
I brought pinnacle studio plus v9 and it only has transitions and stuff...
there is no effects e.g slow motion ect..
can anyone help?

There isn't really that many video effects for pinnacle, a few but loads of transitions, you need to buy new effect, which is a scam!
when you go to "add new effect" there should be one called time, then select speed, and then you can adjust, if it's not there it should be, as I have v9 also, that's all I can help

When I downloaded it I got shit loads. If you need any I have loads some place on my comp.
