I have the same problem, when I do something while exporting a video it stops.
But if I start exporting and just wait here it will finish

yeah I had the same problem, the reason it stops at that percentage is for some unknown reason, that section of video in the timeline has become corrupted, so all you can do is cut it out and save the rest of it.

Yeah I had this problem too. You know how I solved it? I shot myself in the face with a shotgun...but if your looking for an easier route, export to tape, then reimport, then export to whatever. That way it just plays to tape, skipping the compression step, then reimport into WMM (gay) and then export to WMV or AVI or MPEG or whatever the fuck you want. convert the video into a different file I have a good program that can do it

anways I captured the clip again and replaced it instead of the corrupt clip.
and I have succesfuly exported it yay.
