You probably would have got some votes for that. People love unique, original compositions, just like that. A word of advice, to get maximum votes, you need to either get the advantage program or post really early in the contests. Do one for today's contest or wait until tomorrow, they post the new ones each day at 8:00 am EST. I've got 20 votes and 3rd place as of now for my golf entry that I posted earlier; there's still about 17 hours left for voting.
