Adoe Premiere Pro Exporting

I need to export a video and what ever format I use the audio or vidoe is monged. What is the best format to use? Shall I use Adobe media Encoder if so what shall I save the movie as? I want decent quality, not too big a file size with good audio output. Help please.

WMV

There are so many version of WMV...I go to export>movie and then what? Do I simply add '.WMV' to the end of the name or alter the settings? If I alter then what settings do I use for each ?

I've never used premiere pro, but just see if you can select the file size and format, for file size use common sense.

Not that easy really.......Must be someone who uses Premiere Pro here...

I do! I don't know if it helps, but here's what I do...

I export as AVI from premiere, highest quality. Then I import it into movie maker and use that to export as a smaller file in wmv format. I know, it's lame, but it works and it's easy as hell.

Yer now I got an audio problem. I can export using adobe encoder and make the video MPEG, so the video is fine, but the audio is crackly. What settings should I use to make it perfect ?

Export as WMV in Premiere, at like, broadband 320 or whatever it is...

I got it covered any who now. I just export the audio and video seperately and they both perfect now
