In skate videos how do the riders maintain speed while riding behind the skater? Or do they still push and use a handle?

yep, in most cases they keep pusing and use a handle, then when i comes to stairs, they either have another board waiting at the bottom and they walk down the stairs and onto it or they just acid the set

All that sounds good.

Also, the filmers use bigger wheels, and smoother, fast bearings. I read that somewhere.
