Does anyone know how to edit a dvd once it has been saved in dvd format?

I think pretty much whatever you do the quality will be shit because it has already been compressed to a mpeg format

Well you make the dvd menu, then render it. Then you are stuck with a video_ts folder and an audio_ts folder. Now you want to re-edit the menus, am I right?

talking of this, does anyone know the best program tht I can downlaod (trial, free, crackable 
) that I can creat dvd menus on and preview them on the pc without having to burn the dvd? I mean so I can create the menus add video too the menu and before the menu shows up etc...and music and stuff, im rambling on, u know wht I mean!! TELL ME!!
