Anyone here have any interest in this then? It's pretty much done, just need to spend a day or two editing and then a day exporting it all and shizzle...cover design is done, got plenty of DVDr discs etc...
So before things are finalised, can anyone suggest any good input for this DVD?
It's for the likes of you lot anyway isn't it?

I will get a copy you will be sure of that.
id say put each preview you have made into the extra's
id say just to be cool is to design a blue and white cover for it and try get blue cases. that would rock
other then that, umm plug HGF on the back cover at the bottom?
dunno mate im sure it will rock.

I make alot of helpfull/nice posts, its just the harsh ones stick out and people react to them more.

oh also, if you have stickers of your group put one inside each case? everyone likes a freebie, even if you up the price by 30p so they are really paying for it lol
or just for a final extra, film afew skits just so its packed full, and make 2 last trailers when its out, one to permote it when it is finaly ready, people will buy it, then like 2months later post the last trailer so if they didnt get it the 1st time round they will this time, and for the people who did buy it will already see all the trailers if yo put them into the extra's
umm id say go out for one last filming season with your boards, do some skating, stunts and hang out at night ect, get some fun footage and edit that all up into one clip.
thats all I can think what would help make the video better.
oh and after the credits have thank yous, like thanks to my family, god (bands always put this) and to my cat for being there when I needed her. ect ect

Some good advice there mate, the stickers thing is a good idea I like that.
All my previews so far are extras on the DVD yeah...the whole thing is over 2 hours long...
Erm, price, few quid? £8 maybe?

did you edit it up skate vid style, and by that I mean cool clip, then short clip of aftermath if it's any good, or are you stretching it out really long so it makes the dvd longer, if it's the second one and be honest I wouldn't recomend it, I tried doing the same for our first cut, and it failed because
1. all our other vids don't work like that at all
2. it gets boring to watch over
if you want to make a vid your friends or other people will show there friends you have to make the replay value huge, thats how you sell more and more copies over time

Funk_Master_Steven - the clips in it don't drag on longer than they should do. I've had plenty of test screenings, I know when people have looked away from tv for a sec or two...it's good paced editing through out...

I will defiantely be buyin one but I seriously hope u ave loads of fucking good footage hidden away cos two hours is a hell of along time, and if its just filled with the kind of footage in your trailers then I dont think ill enjoy it much.
But put my name done for a copy.

yeah, 2 hours?!!? jesus, hell of a long time, it best not drag on....wasted money like tht on pickled eggs dvd, they should really have cut tht down!
