The most annoying person i know is my sister (13), even my dog doesn't like her:
She has constant bad breath.
She drinks milk straight out of the carton.
She nags for everything of mine.
She sings all the time, as loudly as she can.
She can't talk she shouts.
She whines about everything.
She won't take 'no' as an answer.
She always wants to eat dinner in the dark, 'You're so unromantic, bubby,' => 'I like to see my food'
She leaves her clothes everywhere.
She never lets any natural light into her room, and her room smell like a rubbish pile.
She squeals and screams with excitement, every few seconds.

She steals my CD's, and anything else of any possible value to her.
She has friends over constantly - who all delight at pointing at me from the corner of the room, and sniggering.
She loves to pretend to laugh.
She is always getting me into trouble for things I didn't do.
She says 'They were like..., and then we were like...' and 'kewl', and every another annoying phrase you can think of.
She's 'mates' with 'Bex' => A girl so annoying, another page could be written just on her.
