it looks like the norton software is the thing that's actually messed up, so get like a trial, or cracked version of some different virus/adware/spyware programs and scan with that. If symantic is the program that's fucked, it's not gonna pick it up...

look on Iso hunt for a link to a cracked pay-virus program...

if a dos window opens before msn thats a bit sus....unistall it then reinstall it
