Can anyone tell me cut a section of a .avi file and input it into ps, I've looked at a tutorial and got lost, any help would be appreciated.

u wanna take a frame from adobe premier? thenput it into ps?

not adobe premiere, I wanna take a motion snippet from a .avi file then input it into a graphic.

I found a tutorial a month or so ago on g.t but it completely confuzzled me.

just save it as the avi file, open it with adobe imageready.

sorry for double post but I have a problem.

When I open up any .avi file in image ready it just appears as blank white on the timeline. Can anyone help?

yeah basically just wantin to input a snippet of an avi file.

ok, well the file I was wantin to use I only have in .avi format, what program should I use to convert back to .mov?
