La Fenix on MTV

Brazilian MTV called us to appear in a program called Gordo Freakshow. We filmed yesterday and we won the contest in the program the show will pass on brazillian MTV on april 21 at 22:00 and reprease on april 23 at 23:30.

Soon as the program pass on MTV we gonna record it and put it here!

Im not goign to lie but I am tryign to get some publicity for ourselfs and homegrown groups generally. I have so far sent couple emails to couple magazines. and also a TV channel , called Bravo. But no replys...

I wonder why.

if you want advertisement, either pay shitloads, or have something really worth advertising, and when it comes to that, magazines and tv stations get shallow, and picky.

yeah money is always a idea. But we a small group in a big community. I think always wait till we produce sumthign good. I really wanna relise the dvd this year maybe after summer maybe winter time. Till be awesum and I can proamise! NOT A SCUM proamise by the way. LOL

Man wait till you see the improvement of Content on the upcoming Mixup clip. Nothing really weve done before. Maybe editing will be 50/50 hit and go, but content I can say from personal view, woah much better than anything. I looked or chapter 1 last night I laughed at some stuf...lol

I think it would be a good idea to send the homegrown central clip that kuffi and vode are making to a couple of mags and programs. if it is any good it will get the forums alot of publisity and get the groups involved well known. just an idea, but it could be a good step up for the community, I would hand demos out to people round my city, wouldnt hurt to burn it onto a few discs and try our luck, what you guys think?

seriously tho, my local "HMV and VIRGIN MEGASTORES" have a section where you can have your own stuff up, they check it and make sure it is suitable. you dont recieve ne money for it but who cares, it would get so much attention as well, I no loads of ways to get people to watch it. I think this is a good idea, id like to hear more about it, can we start an official thread bout it?
