I found this on ebay. I emailed the seller...everything seems legit. I wanna get this really bad. It's at least $500 cheaper than the average price. It's the cheapest I've ever seen one..

Yeah it's legit for sure. I'm positive now. The best part is that you dont have to pay sales tax...which normally cost you over $150. If anyone ever wanted to buy this cam....this seems to be your best opportunity. I spent a week trying to find a legit site that sold the vx2100 for cheap...and the best I could find was dbuys.com. They sell it for $2200...with tax its barely under $2400. So you save a good $500-$600

I would say definitely the sony trv950. It's 3ccd, alot smaller than the vx2100, and has really good picture quality. You should be able to find one used on ebay for about $700. You cant buy them new because they we're discontiued. Their replacement is called Sony HC1000. I havent used it, but it should be just as good, if not better. You can buy one new here -

If you on ebay...keep your eye out for the trv900 also...its the same thing as the trv950, just the earlier model. All 3 of those cams are really good.

thats exactly how much I paid for my vx2000. It has to be a scam. They don't accept paypal so if the guy rips you off, you're fucked.

who in their right mind would sell a vx2100 for 1,700 bucks. that'd be fucking retarded. Doesn't make sense. If it's too good to be true, it probably is.
