If you have windows xp, then it comes default. Go to start, programs and accesorries, you will see as below..

go to start, then "search" then type windows movie maker.

nah, you need to search for it in google, should be a free trial going about or even a full version.

I downloaded it but im not seeing how it changes formats

open up rad video tools, select a video u want to convert, then click on "convert a file". A new window opens up with the name of the file. Click on the "output type" icon and select what format you want. Then click on "convert"
